1. What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept major credit cards (MasterCard & Visa). debit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (through PayPal). 

2. How safe is my personal information? 

Our site uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information please consult our Privacy Policy.

3. Do you provide a tracking code for all items in your store?

Yes, all items are provided with a tracking code. Please expect 24-48 hours to provide your shipping code after you made a purchase. If you have not received a tracking code after that time please contact us and we will provide one for you. 

4. How long is the shipping time? 

All items are shipped via usps first-class mail and packages typically arrive within a 3-5 business days.  Please account that we ship all items after purchase within a 24 hour time-frame. 

5. What if I need yo return something? 

We offer returns on items that have a manufacturing defects. Please contact us right away and we will guide you through the return process. 

6. Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours to [email protected]

7. What happens to Lost, stolen or undelivered packages? 

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, Please contact your local carrier directly with any questions. 

8. What charities does BecomeLions support? 

10 Percent of each sale will go to directly to either Kevin Richard's 'The lion whisperer' Foundation or White Tiger-Black Jaguar Foundation.
